You can apply the Insurgency base game configuration files (mapcycle_workshop.txt, subscribed_file_ids.txt, cfg/server.cfg, etc.) to your Linux installation, but you will need to obtain a working version of MetaMod and SourceMod for Linux and then recompile the script(s) from the scripting folder in the provided SourceMod installations to your Linux installation.
